In addition to the three owners, there are also three other preparers in our office, all of whom have many years of tax preparation experience as well: Jim Uber EA, Susan Woods EA, and Larry Moore CTEC.

We prepare all different kinds of tax returns including individual, business, partnership, corporation, not-for-profit and estate and trust returns. We also do audit representation and offer in compromise work, as well as tax planning.

Our 1200 square foot office, located in the center of San Francisco on Market Street at Valencia Street, is open 6 days and 4 evenings a week during the "tax season" and 3 days and 1 evening a week during the "off season" and at other times by appointment. In addition to our SF office, Grenn sees clients by appointment only in her San Rafael office. We also have many clients who have relocated to other states and countries and we continue to serve them using e-mail, snail mail and fax. We do e-file most returns and maintain a high level of security to protect our client's information.

We offer a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in which to have your tax work prepared. We have an office dog named Lucy who doesn't prepare taxes, but she does help to calm peoples nerves. At times her friends Gracie, Reuben, Buddy and Mr. Bear also visit the office to help out!
